Very amiable and efficient staff, always with a smile. Convenient and ideal location, at a moderate distance from a grand boulevard. Located near a subway station, easy to get everywhere.

that was what i call suitable place for short stay. the rooms were spotless and airy with balconies overlooking the plaza. everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were horrible. the hotel had an unbeatable location minutes away from main square. there was an excellent restaurant, a bakery and a supermarket next door.

I loved the clean, tidy little room I stayed in! The daily cleaning made such a difference, and having two balconies with fine views was a highlight. Plus, the bed was comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep after exploring all day.

The beds were painfully uncomfortable, seriously resembling camp beds, and the noise from garbage trucks started right after midnight, disrupting my beauty sleep. I almost gave a positive review, but let's not even mention how i didn't receive any complimentary treats or upgrades, unacceptable in a place trying to be a hotel!

The location was fantastic, just a block away from Plaza Mayor and close to a ton of attractions. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, a great relief after a long day of exploration. Plus, a good café right downstairs made morning coffee runs easy!

The Double Room with Extra Bed was cozy and had air conditioning. The private bathroom was well-kept and had free toiletries. We enjoyed the tv and a nice view from the little balcony. Location is great, just a short walk to major sights like Plaza Mayor. Totally worth it.

The room was cozy and the extra bed was perfect for our needs, which made traveling with the kids much easier. We also enjoyed having a little balcony to relax on and a nice little cafe just steps away. The pillows were a bit firm for my taste, but overall, we had a lovely stay! 😊
